Playa de Campoamor
A lovely, easy-going beach with nice playgrounds for the kids and a pleasant terrace where you can grab a bite or a drink with a beautiful sea view. There is plenty of parking nearby.
Playa de la Zenia
A fine family beach with great facilities and cosy beach bars. Within walking distance you will find the well-known La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre — perfect for combining a beach day with some shopping.
Playa Mill Palmeras
A short drive towards Pilar de la Horadada lies Mill Palmeras beach: a long, quiet stretch with plenty of room to enjoy a day by the sea. Along the beach you will find a charming street full of restaurants for a delicious lunch, and it is a lovely place to be in the evening too.
Side trip: Torrevieja
A little further along lies the lively coastal town of Torrevieja, with miles of beaches, a vibrant promenade and a harbour where you can enjoy fresh fish. A great place to mix a beach day with some atmosphere and buzz.
