Welcome to our beautiful apartment in the peaceful Orihuela Costa! Here you can fully enjoy the Spanish sun and tranquility, while stunning beaches, lovely terraces, restaurants, shops and sights are all nearby.
We are a Dutch couple and together with our Dutch hosts in Spain we make sure you have everything you need. With communication in both Dutch and English, you can always reach us easily.

This charming and comfortable apartment is the ideal place for a wonderful holiday in the Spanish sun. With 2 lovely bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms, it offers plenty of space and privacy. The cosy living room flows beautifully into the fully equipped kitchen, so you will want for nothing during your stay. The location is also ideal: the complex is centrally situated in Orihuela Costa, close to several beautiful golf courses and about 4 km from the beach. For a spot of shopping, a lovely meal or a relaxed terrace, La Zenia Boulevard is just around the corner.

How do I book the apartment?
You can request the apartment via the contact form on this website or directly via WhatsApp. We will confirm availability and send you a booking confirmation.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
In high season (July–August) we require a minimum stay of 11 days, with no mandatory arrival or departure day. Outside high season, shorter stays are negotiable.
What are the check-in times?
Check-in is possible from 15:00. Check-out is by 10:00. Different times can be arranged on request.
Is the apartment suitable for children?
Yes, the apartment is perfectly suitable for families with children. There is a communal pool and the beach is just a few minutes drive away.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome in the apartment by prior arrangement.
Is there parking available?
Yes, free parking is available at the complex.
How far is the beach?
The nearest beach (La Zenia) is approximately 4 km away, about 10 minutes by car.
